Service Description
During these sessions, you will receive ongoing support and advice as well as assistance with overcoming the challenges you are facing with making any changes. These sessions really help with continuation of implementing your health goals into your daily lifestyle. The amount and frequency of follow up consultations are completely up to you and what you think will best support you in your health journey. Virtual and in-person consultations are available.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that if you are an existing client and would like adjustments to be made to your meal plan, or if you would like an updated plan (e.g. change in exercise program, new goals, pregnancy, breastfeeding, new medical diagnoses) you may be required to cover the cost for the time spent on preparing the revised/new plan. This is a cash-based practice and not contracted into medical aid companies. You are therefore required to settle your account via EFT with us before your appointment or pay by cash/card on the day of appointment. On payment an invoice will be emailed which can be used to claim back the consultation fee from your Medical Aid Savings account should you wish to do so. Upfront payment is requested to confirm virtual consultations.
