About me

I’ve always had an innate interest in the human body—how everything works on a deeper, cellular level. This curiosity sprouted my passion for health, nutrition, and fitness. Combined with my pull toward working with people, it was only natural for me to become a dietitian.

My training & path to integrative nutrition

I completed my BSc degree in Dietetics at Stellenbosch University in 2022, followed by a community service year in the Free State.

Through my own health challenges and growing disillusionment with the conventional healthcare system, I was led to explore a more holistic path. This inspired me to continue my studies in Integrative and Functional Nutrition through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy (USA).

Through this training, I was able to integrate everything I had learned—bringing conventional dietetics together with a root-cause approach to care. This has shaped how I work: by addressing the source of health concerns, not just the symptoms.
